Abstract : Organics are a major component, like ices and silicates, of outer solar system objects forming beyond the snow line. After showing how much organics could be present in these objects, I will describe the three objectives of this ERC project: conduct relevant laboratory experiments, develop a numerical model that simulates the evolution of refractory cores, and apply the results to large icy moons, dwarf planets, and water rich exoplanets.
