The scientific challenge of accessing climate archives and data allowing us to model past climate conditions coincides with our concerns about current disruptions. Artists and scientists cross their views on the same research subject and join forces to produce a robust and sensitive content.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lpg-umr6112.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Affiche_IRLT.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-251\" width=\"200\" height=\"301\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lpg-umr6112.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Affiche_IRLT.png 400w, https:\/\/lpg-umr6112.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Affiche_IRLT-200x300.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>This set invites to travel and to the imagination while questioning the links which exist between our intimate landscapes and the disorders of the World.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this exhibition, the <strong>Laboratory of Planetology and Geosciences<\/strong> has joined the scientific research and artistic creation process Measuring the size of the world led by the<strong> theater Le Grain<\/strong>, the <strong>CEARC-UVSQ<\/strong> and the<strong> Marine Sciences for Society network<\/strong> by contributing elements illustrating their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exhibition will be open to the public from <strong>April 9 to September 19, 2022<\/strong> at the Natural History Museum of Nantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel to the exhibition, <strong>electro-Antarctic stories<\/strong> will be presented, a travel diary in the howling fifties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Going back in time is what scientists do when they embark for several weeks on oceanographic ships and search for sediment cores at a depth of several thousand meters in order to understand the evolution of climate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the artists who accompany them and share their daily life, it is also a journey of initiation and a philosophical reflection on the disorder of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ils remontent le temps \/ Concert conf\u00e9rence - R\u00e9cit climatique\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/418466727?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The show reflects the richness of these adventures.
