{"id":19125,"date":"2025-07-04T09:43:52","date_gmt":"2025-07-04T07:43:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lpg-umr6112.fr\/?p=19125"},"modified":"2025-07-04T10:56:35","modified_gmt":"2025-07-04T08:56:35","slug":"angers-autumn-school-biogeo2d","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lpg-umr6112.fr\/en\/2025\/07\/04\/angers-autumn-school-biogeo2d\/","title":{"rendered":"Angers Autumn School BIOGEO2D"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>&#8220;<strong>When sediment chemistry becomes visible&nbsp;Discover 2D biogeochemical gels<\/strong>&#8221; from 17 to 21 November 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Angers Autumn School (AAS) is a scientific event organized by<strong> students from the Master\u2019s program<\/strong> in Biology, Ecology, and Evolution (BEE), specializing in Marine Environments, Anthropization, and Diagnosis (MAD) at the University of Angers, and <strong>researchers from the Laboratory of Planetology and Geosciences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, the event will focus on<strong> exploring biogeochemical processes in sediments <\/strong>in 2 dimensions at sub-millimeter scale using 2D DET (Diffusive Equilibrium in Thin film) gels, coupled with colorimetric methods and hyperspectral imaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Angers Autumn School 2025\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SuNe1Fz-zJ0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking place over five days, from<strong> 17 to 21 November 2025 at the Faculty of Science of the University of Angers<\/strong>, the event offers a varied program combining fieldwork, scientific presentations, and practical workshops.
